Writing Hide and Seek was such a joyful journey for me, from the beginning on I knew I wanted this piece to reflect the positive thoughts and energy a child embodies.
In fact, I wanted this piece to evoke memories of ones own childhood - both in an exciting and a nostalgic way.
In this day and age we don’t have much time to look back on our past, but remembering your personal history is vital. It helps us to stay grounded and contemplate on who we are today
and what we became throughout the years. But most importantly, it is on us to realize that each and every one of us, no matter the age, still has a child in themselves that wants to come out
from time to time.
